What our Guests have to say

  • Lake Glendale Stable has a variety of attraction for the eyes of an adventurer. The trails they offer on their ranch are very pleasant and calming to sprit. We rode with a guide on the first day just so we could get a feel for the area. The trails wined all over the property and you never stop seeing new things.

“The Fist of God” was one of the more exciting things to ride to see on this trip and the ride there is just beautiful. Some may need a guide to get there, but we found it on our own. We also rode another trial that led us up over some bluffs then down in front of them. These are some very pretty rock bluffs that have been shaped in so many different ways over time.

The stables offer primitive camping, suites, and a barn loft to stay in. We stayed in the loft and found it to be very nice. The shower and A/C were a huge plus. It can sleep 8 comfortably and is very homey. The kitchen was fully furnished, so we had everything we needed to cook.

The horses they offered for us to ride were all wonderful and they have horses for all different levels of rider. The freedom that the stable offers is matched by no other. I would recommend this place to anyone who just wants to get way in nature.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Lake Glendale Stable and will be returning for another weekend of fun. After I left on my last day, I felt calmed at the sprit and my body felt worn. For me, that is one of the best feelings you can leave with because you know you had fun and your time there will be well remembered.

Thank You Lake Glendale Stables for such a wonderful weekend!!!
